Garrett Bridgeman joined An Post in 1997 as part of the graduate recruitment programme. He has held several senior managerial positions within our commercial and operational areas, most recently leading the transformation of the parcel business. In October 2017, Garrett was appointed Managing Director of An Post Mails and Parcels division. He is a graduate of the Marketing Institute of Ireland (MII), where he received both the MII Graduate of the Year and the MII Logistics awards.
Born in France, Gilles has been living in Dublin with his family for 20 years. He is a keen sports enthusiast, cycling and playing tennis in his spare time.
Industry wise, Gilles has been working for An Post for many years, and more recently he is responsible for the growth of the ecommerce business under the An Post Commerce brand. Specializing in new business development and major market expansion, Gilles is a key member of the An Post Commerce executive team, developing sales strategies for well-known Irish and International consumer brands.
Before joining An Post, Gilles worked in various manufacturing and distribution companies in Ireland and France in the areas of logistics and supply chain management. Gilles holds a bachelor degree in International Business Studies and a Master Degree in Strategic Quality Management.

Jenny Fleiss is an entrepreneur and intrapreneur, founding two scaled digitally native businesses from scratch: Rent the Runway and Jetblack. Jetblack is the first portfolio company within Walmart’s technology incubator, disrupting traditional ecommerce with a personal shopping service over text message and voice. Previously, Jenny co-founded Rent the Runway, a business that has transformed the retail industry by making designer clothing rentals a convenient and accessible luxury experience for millions of women. During her time at Rent the Runway, Jenny wore many different hats, serving as President, Head of Logistics, and Head of Business Development. Jenny remains a Rent the Runway board member and adviser, a board member of Shutterfly, and an adviser to and investor in various businesses, many with female founders. She is Co-founder of the RTR Foundation, and guest lecturer at various universities and professional forums. Jenny has been honored with numerous recognitions including Inc. Magazine’s “30 Under 30”; Fortune Magazine’s “40 Under 40” and “Most Powerful Women Entrepreneurs”; and Fast Company’s “Most Influential Women in Technology.” She earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated Cum Laude from Yale University. She currently resides in New York City with her husband and three children.
Cyril has worked with An Post for the last 23 years, holding a succession of senior roles in Operational and Logistics Management, Strategic Planning and International Business Development. A strong leader, Cyril has delivered large scale transformational change through innovative commercial projects, automated systems and digitalisation.
A certified public accountant by profession, Cyril is An Post’s key liaison lead with IPC and the UPU and he is leading An Post’s Customs 2020 and Brexit steering groups. Prior to joining An Post, Cyril worked with CRH plc.
Patrick has been the executive creative director and vice chairman of Ogilvy & Mather London, the executive creative director for a small network of direct marketing agencies across Europe, and, more recently, Head of Design for Google ZOO NACE. He has won many creative awards including Golds at Cannes Lions. As well as running a marketing and advertising training consultancy, he is the editor and publisher of Directory, a magazine dedicated to reporting on innovation in direct marketing.
Katie is a national strategy and operations team lead for Accenture Interactive with twenty year’s experience pioneering first-to-market digital and social media content, engagement and communications strategies to foster behavior change, product development and launches, consumer adoption, and awareness. As head of the DC studio with a focus on social and emerging media, she leads a team of digital and social strategists, communication and content developers, community managers, and digital publicists across all digital activations – bridging the online and offline with best in class direct mail, OOH, and experiential. She is a proud West Virginian, Hokie (attended Virginia Tech), artists wife and mother of 3.
